- Service fees
- 1.9 %, with a minimum of EUR €2.50. The higher of the two, not their sum. Separate minimum for other currencies.
- Amounts per transaction
- Minimum equivalent to €70.00; maximum equivalent to €50,000.00.
- Quote and deposit
- Quotation valid for 120 seconds to create the exchange; separate deposit window of 30 minutes after creation. The expiry of your exchange prevails.
- Identity and payment
- Internal annual threshold without KYC set at €12,000.00. This is not a legal exemption: other checks may apply. Payment is processed manually after validation.

The USDT network must match your wallet
The USDT symbol is not enough to identify the expected deposit. Choose only an active network in the calculator, then select exactly that network when withdrawing. If your network is not offered, do not prepare a send to the address of another option: networks are not interchangeable.
From USDT to the net amount in euros
The quote uses a dated USDT/EUR rate to calculate the gross value of your amount. Service fees are then deducted and displayed separately. One USDT is not treated as one euro. Also check crypto withdrawal fees and your bank's receipt conditions.
Check availability and SEPA beneficiary
Choose the beneficiary's country, the euro, and an available SEPA option. After logging in, provide the account holder and the requested bank details. The account must be able to receive the planned transfer. Amount rules and possible identity verification also apply to stablecoin conversions.
The delay depends on the network and then on the payment
Your USDT deposit must be detected and validated on the chosen network before manual processing of the payment. A different amount or a late deposit may require review. Check the exchange steps and keep the transaction ID; a second deposit does not speed up processing.
