Security

Checks at every step. Useful habits for every transfer.

Understand what protects your account and what to check before transferring your cryptoassets.

01

Protect access to your account

Use a unique password and keep access to your email address under your control. The password is not stored in plain text and sessions are verified to access private operations. On a shared device, log out after use. A login request received elsewhere should always lead you to verify the site address.

02

Check the deposit address in your exchange

Copy the address from the transaction page, then compare it with the one displayed by your wallet before confirming. Also check the asset and network: an address in the correct format does not guarantee their compatibility. Do not use an address received in a private message or one saved from a previous exchange.

03

Your payout information remains in your file

The beneficiary's details are protected and linked to your operation. Their consultation depends on the access provided for the account and the processing of the exchange. The confidentiality of the information does not replace verification: re-read the name, account and currency before confirming to avoid a destination error.

04

No wallet secret is required

An exchange reference and a transaction ID allow describing a transfer. Your recovery phrase, private key and passwords are never needed to track a deposit. Do not share them in a help request or complaint. If in doubt, stop your process and check the contact channel.
