Assets & networks

Choose your crypto with its network.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, and stablecoins: check the asset and network pair available before each transfer.

01

Bitcoin: check the network of your withdrawal

For a Bitcoin exchange, the expected deposit uses the Bitcoin network indicated in the operation. A representation of BTC on another network does not replace this deposit. Review your wallet or platform's withdrawal options, then compare the received amount and address with your exchange instructions.

02

Ethereum: distinguish the asset and the destination

ETH and tokens on Ethereum sometimes share an address format, but correspond to different assets. For an ETH conversion, send only the requested asset on the displayed network. A familiar address format is not enough to confirm compatibility: the summary of your transaction remains your reference point.

03

USDT and USDC: the symbol is not enough

The same stablecoin can exist on multiple networks. Choose only an option active in the calculator and make sure it matches the one in your wallet. If the network you use is not offered, do not select another network to continue. The rate and fees will be calculated for the pair actually chosen.

04

Availability is confirmed at the time of request

The catalog presents the service's assets, while the calculator indicates the networks currently usable. An option may be unavailable during a tracking interruption or when deposit conditions are not met. Check this availability before moving your funds from another wallet or preparing a withdrawal.
