ClearFiat does not hold any authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider and is not supervised by any market authority. The service is neither a bank, nor a securities dealer, nor a payment institution. The funds you transfer do not benefit from any deposit guarantee. We do not carry out any investment advisory activity and do not promise any return.

They do not constitute any authorisation, supervision, or guarantee from a Swiss authority, and do not provide any information about where data is stored.
Hosting and distribution
The site is served from a dedicated server and distributed through a content delivery network, which also handles domain name resolution. These providers act as technical subcontractors: they do not determine the purposes or means of the processing.
