- Service fees
- 1.9 %, with a minimum of EUR €2.50. The higher of the two, not their sum. Separate minimum for other currencies.
- Amounts per transaction
- Minimum equivalent to €70.00; maximum equivalent to €50,000.00.
- Quote and deposit
- Quotation valid for 120 seconds to create the exchange; separate deposit window of 30 minutes after creation. The expiry of your exchange prevails.
- Identity and payment
- Internal annual threshold without KYC set at €12,000.00. This is not a legal exemption: other checks may apply. Payment is processed manually after validation.

Choose the asset and its deposit network
The SEPA process concerns receiving euros; your deposit uses the network of the selected crypto. Check the calculator's active options and their match with your wallet. Once the exchange is created, review the asset, network, address, and amount before confirming your send.
Compare fees and net conversion amount
The quote presents the gross value of the asset, the service fees, and the net amount in euros. Crypto sending fees must be checked with your wallet or platform. Also check the recipient account's terms to identify any receiving fees or additional conversion.
Prepare an account that can receive the transfer
Select the euro and the beneficiary's country to check if SEPA is offered. Enter the account holder, IBAN, and BIC when requested. These details must match the recipient account. Verify them before proceeding: an IBAN in the correct format does not alone confirm the identity of its holder.
Follow each step until bank receipt
Crypto confirmations precede validation and manual processing of the payment. Timeframes then depend on the available SEPA method, the bank and the transaction checks. Find the payment reference in the exchange when it is declared completed, then check its receipt on the bank account.
