- Service fees
- 1.9 %, with a minimum of EUR €2.50. The higher of the two, not their sum. Separate minimum for other currencies.
- Amounts per transaction
- Minimum equivalent to €70.00; maximum equivalent to €50,000.00.
- Quote and deposit
- Quotation valid for 120 seconds to create the exchange; separate deposit window of 30 minutes after creation. The expiry of your exchange prevails.
- Identity and payment
- Internal annual threshold without KYC set at €12,000.00. This is not a legal exemption: other checks may apply. Payment is processed manually after validation.

Choose a currency your account can receive
The selected currency is used to display your gross amount, fees, and net conversion amount. Verify that your account can receive this currency under the desired conditions. If your bank or payment service performs another conversion, its rate and fees may change the final credited amount.
Payout methods depend on your combination
A payment method available for one country and currency may be absent for another destination. The calculator filters the possibilities according to the choices made. The pages dedicated to the solutions explain how they work, but only an active option allows preparing an exchange. The recipient account details must also be checked.
An unavailable destination must not be bypassed
If your country, currency, or payout method is not offered, do not choose different details to proceed to the next step. An inconsistency may prevent payment and require a review. Check the available solutions and wait for a suitable path to be offered before making a crypto deposit.
