Transaction tracking

Know where your conversion stands.

The crypto deposit, its validation, and the payout correspond to distinct events in your file.

01

A detected deposit is a first observation

When the transfer appears on the network, ClearFiat checks its correspondence with the operation and tracks available confirmations. This detection does not yet mean that the deposit is accepted or that the payment is ready. The exchange history allows you to find the observed steps and avoid confusing broadcast, confirmation and validation.

02

A discrepancy may require manual review

An unexpected amount, multiple transfers, or a deposit received after the deadline may place the exchange under review. Funds then do not automatically trigger a payment. Keep your reference and transfer evidence, then consult the case instructions. A new sending intended to correct the situation may make the analysis more complex.

03

Payment follows validation of the operation

After validation of the deposit and required checks, the payment is processed manually. The paid status corresponds to the recording of a payment accompanied by an external reference. It remains useful to verify the credit on the recipient account, as delays and any receiving processing also depend on your bank or payment service.

04

A refund must also be documented

When an operation under review is resolved by a refund, its reference may be recorded in the file. This processing requires an examination of the situation and does not constitute an automatic return of any transfer. The summary includes the recorded information; a refund reference must be reconciled with the movement actually received on the relevant destination.
